The production area: Municipality of Collebeato in the province of Brescia. The vineyards located at the foot of the hills of the Brescia Hills Park
Appearance: the color is ruby red with violet shades that tend to fade.
Perfume: spicy hints, red berry fruit, blueberry, currant. Grapes: Merlot
Taste: the flavor is savory, harmonious, dry, rightly tannic and full-bodied, with good acidity. Maturation gives softness and greater balance.
Glass and service: medium-sized glass, colourless, smooth and very thin, with a long stem to capture the fruity aromas. More spherical and tapered towards the top so as not to disperse the more subtle scents and aromas, developed in the maturation process, perceivable with maximum satisfaction at 16-18°C.
Pairing: the combinations of raw and cooked cured meats are appreciated. Excellent with second courses of pork, beef and short cuts, with aromatic and tender meats, and with roasts

Color: intense wine red with brick reflections which gives it the value of aging
Perfume: The intensity of the delicate aromas of fruit such as strawberry and peach, light wood that highlights the aromas.
Taste: the flavor is savory, harmonious, dry, rightly tannic and full-bodied, with good acidity. Maturation gives softness and greater balance.
Glass and service: medium-sized glass, colorless, smooth, very thin, with a long stem to capture the fruity aromas. More spherical and tapered towards the top so as not to disperse the more subtle scents and aromas, developed in the maturation process, perceivable with maximum satisfaction at 16-18°C.
Pairing: the combinations of raw and cooked cured meats are welcome. Excellent with second courses of pork, beef and short cuts, with tender and fatty aromatic meats, with direct heat roasts.

Vinification with maceration in contact with skins for 45 days, discarding the stem and bleeding, with daily pumping over indoors, at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.
It is produced exclusively with the best red grapes selected and harvested strictly by hand in the property's vineyards.
It reflects the tradition and identity of the territory, an enveloping wine that offers strong, vinous and complex sensations.

Tasting notes: The wine has a deep ruby red color, with light brick reflections, on the nose you can recognize light hints of red berry fruit, the sweetness of roasted coffee and hints of dried fruit and spices such as almond and pepper, which complete the bouquet. On the palate it is an intense, clean, vinous wine, characterized by excellent flavor and persistence, with a good tannic component which strengthens persistence.
Service temperatureor: 14 – 18°C in long-stemmed glasses and a large bowl.
Combinations: Meats of all types, cured meats, mature cheeses, roasts, grilled meats, game, first courses with meat sauces. Excellent with pork and beef second courses

Harvest: September October
Fermentation with maceration of the skins immersed in free-run must for approximately seven hours and bloodletting. The rose must obtained continues fermentation - alcoholic and malolactic - in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Chalice: Tulip glass, with an elongated stem and a base wider than the edge.
Pairing: Accompaniment Mature cheeses, gorgonzola, aperitifs, shellfish, pizza, fish and white meat dishes
