For centuries, the estate "La Sinta" has been managed as a vineyard and orchard, and the noble Mazzola Panciera di Zoppola Bona family, the sole owners, has recently undertaken the renewal and modernization of the facilities with selected grape varieties. From these, a pure must is spontaneously extracted, which, through essential, traditional, and natural techniques, gives rise to the unique wines that characterize its production.

The estate is located within a green, sheltered basin facing south/southeast, which enhances the habitat for the grapevines and protects them from disease risks. The soil is characterized by its calcareous nature, which is reflected in the color tones and aromas of the wines.
The entire estate is surrounded by a long stone wall, approximately two meters high, that encloses the entire area. The wall dates back to the early 15th century, and the name of the winery "La Sinta" originates from the local dialectal term for this wall.

The vineyards are set within a landscape featuring a 15th-century villa, now neoclassical, accompanied by a natural park with significant centuries-old specimens, including two sequoias.
The 18th-century Kaffeehaus, located near the 16th-century spring at the entrance of the oak forest, offers a view of the vineyards and the estate from its loggia, creating an atmosphere of meditation, wonder, and contemplation.
